Hello,
It's been quite a while since we've put this fancy little website to use eh? We'll I'm very pleased to announce that We've decided that the time has come for HfG to hold its first public tournament! We're all very excited about this, we use to have a lot of fun doing these back in the day, hopefully that will hold true. The primary goal is simple, have fun!
For this first (but hopefully not the last) HfG Tournament, we've decided to go with the game Team Fortress 2. The tournament will be a double elimination, so everyone should get the chance to play twice, on two different maps.
This tournament is open to the public, any four person team can join up and play. We'll be setting up a section on our forums for people to coordinate teams and match times. The matches will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings in our private server.

The goal is to kick this off sometime in early June.

next to a server ip, you can click on it to launch HLSW to connect to the server. HLSW is a multi-game server connection tool. To join a game using HLSW, click the icon, and it will bring up the IP address in the HLSW window. Hit enter, right click on the server in the server list and click on Connect. It will make it much easier to join tournament servers.
